These windows face the south. Before we created stained glass to surround the Cross on the chancel wall it was difficult for the congregation to see comfortably what was taking place in front of the windows. The original uncolored frosted glass were inadequate to deal with the glaring sunlight that shown at certain times of the year or day. This situation exists in many churches and can be controlled by more appropriate art glass.
