extensive damage caused by ice dam

Some of the extensive damage caused to this historic stairway window by the ice dam under the roof and into the stairway wall can be seen marked in this photo taken during the assessment stage of our project to restore it. This project was complicated by the exotic glass colors and textures used in the original window which we were able to match with new glass or able to replicate ourselves when no match could be found.
