stairway landing window damaged by ice dam

This splendid stairway landing window from the 1800s was badly damaged by an ice dam that forced its way from the roof into the wall and then into the window opening. Here Amy and Dave are removing the weakened panel with numerous cracked pieces of unusual old textured glass and cast jewels and beveled glass. The home is in the historical district of Joliet, IL.
