historic painted lady curved windows

These antique windows are arranged in an arc on a stairway landing. In addition, each window itself is curved to fit into curved sashes. Each window was sagging and had a variety of cracked or missing glass. As can be seen, a number of items had been placed in front of the windows in an attempt to block the view of them as much as possible. Restoration involved replacing or repairing glass and reglazing each window on special forms so they would once again conform to the shape of the curved window sashes.
